Hello, I’m a single black woman who has made the decision to homeschool her daughter. I’m a business owner who works out of the home.
Initially, I thought that I would not be able to homeschool my daughter because I was single. The more I thought about it I realized that type of thinking was silly. It’s amazing what people can achieve when they want to. I also figured there were other single homeschooling parents who wanted to do the same thing. I’m a business owner who works out of the home so it makes it easier, but I’ve read of single parents who working outside the home who’ve made the decision to homeschool their children.
